Please read carefully before proceeding to booking your appointment
Everyone must wear a mask, No Exceptions
If you arrive without a mask, we will provide you with a take home mask for $1. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
Clients will not be allowed to bring guests
Please come to your appointment alone. We will not allow guests to join you in the studio or in the service rooms.
No waiting in the lobby
As much as we would love to see you, we will require that you wait outside or in your car. The receptionist will call or text you when we are ready for your service. You will be assigned a room. When you enter the studio you are to proceed directly to your room to be greeted by your tech and commence services.
We ask that you please call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment if you’re feeling sick or if you have been in proximity to anyone that is sick or has been diagnosed with COVID-19. We ask that you give at least 14 days until you re-book your appointment.
No facial services at this time
If you pre-purchased a facial hair removal service, you may use it when we resume doing facial services.
Appointments must be booked online or over the phone
To minimize contact with our front desk, we will require that all appointments be booked online or by calling our studio.
- A credit card will be required to book an appointment.
- Your credit card will be kept on file for a contact free and quick check out process.
Checking out - fast and contact free
Since we have your card on file, checkout will be quick and easy!
- When your appointment is complete stop by the reception desk for your total.
- You will not need to pull out your card or sign anything.
- If you wish to leave a tip, please instruct the reception to do so. The tip will be left using the credit card on file.
Our staff members are very much appreciative of your generosity. If you choose to leave gratuity, please inform the receptionist at checkout how much you would like to leave and she will add it to the card on file. WE WILL NOT accept cash payments for services or gratuity.
Right to Refuse Service
For the health and safety of our staff, clients and community, our staff members have been instructed to refuse service to anyone who appear to show signs of illness. As much as we know this may be an inconvenience to some of you, please accept our apologies with the understanding that this action is necessary to ensure the safety of everyone at Bare and those that they may come in contact with after leaving Bare.

Bare Waxing Studio will attempt to confirm your appointment via email, text or call. We kindly ask that you please respond so that we may confirm your standing appointment. If you are not able to attend your appointment, we ask that you call [ emails not accepted ] to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION fee.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
All services booked online will require a credit card on file. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. In the event of a NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION, your credit card will be charged a non- refundable 20% fee of the total service cost.
All services over 45 minutes and/or $100+ will require a credit card on file in order to book and confirm the appointment. In the event of a NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION, your credit card will be charged a non- refundable 20% fee of the total service cost.
