All appointments $50 + in value /OR 40 minutes + requires a 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If you are a “NO SHOW” or if you “LATE CANCEL” [less than 24hrs in advance] you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

Life happens… here’s what to do if you can’t make it to your appointment.
For your convenience we allow you to pre-book your appointments as far as 1 month in advance.
If you are booked, this means no one else can book during your reserved time. If you no show or don’t cancel your appointment withing 24 hrs, this means our amazing technicians have missed the opportunity to service another client… NOT FAIR RIGHT?
This is why we ask that you please cancel your appointment within 24 hours to avoid our cancellation fee of 20% of the total service price.
To avoid our cancellation fee you must call 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
No shows - 20% no show fee
